Terms of stay
In force from 4 November 2026. If the Polish and English versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
Who and where
These terms apply to everyone staying at Nowotarska 25 Apartamenty, ul. Nowotarska 25, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland. The provider is Jakub Suski, tax ID (NIP) 735-27-99-098, ul. Władysława Orkana 23, 34-424 Szaflary. Contact: +48 736 280 280, recepcja@nowotarska25.pl.
Booking and payment
The minimum stay is 2 nights. The price, payment date and cancellation terms are set by the offer chosen when booking. The non-refundable offer is the cheapest, but is not refunded on cancellation.
The service is provided on fixed dates, so consumers have no statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The cancellation terms of the offer apply instead.
Check-in and check-out
A stay starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-in is self-service: after you complete the online registration card, we e-mail you the instructions and door code. Do not share the code with anyone outside your booking.
Late check-out and extensions are possible when dates are free. Ask us the day before. If you end your stay early, unused days are settled under the terms of the offer.
Rules in the apartment
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Visitors who are not registered may stay in the apartment from 7:00 to 22:00. The apartment may not be passed on to other people.
Pets are not accepted. Smoking is completely forbidden in the apartments and shared areas. If this rule is broken, the guest pays the cost of removing the smell.
For fire safety, do not use appliances that are not part of the apartment's equipment, such as immersion heaters. Children under 13 must be under constant adult supervision. Check that the door is locked when you leave.
Car park
Parking is free for guests. Give your vehicle registration number at check-in. Entry and exit are handled by cameras that read number plates, and the car park has its own rules (in Polish).
Faults, damage and belongings
Report any fault or damage to us straight away. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer another apartment or another solution where possible. Repairs while you are present are carried out with your consent.
Guests are liable for damage to the equipment caused through their fault or the fault of people they invited, and guardians for damage caused by children. Liability for guests' belongings is governed by the Polish Civil Code (Art. 846 onwards).
We will send items left behind to the address you give, at your expense. Without such instructions we keep them for 3 months.
Breach of the terms
We may refuse a guest who seriously breached these terms during an earlier stay, caused damage or disturbed others.
Complaints
Send complaints to recepcja@nowotarska25.pl. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use the help of a consumer ombudsman or out-of-court dispute resolution.
